Hi there, I’m Lesley— the proud owner and creator of Let It Be Charcuterie. I love food, music, dancing, and my favourite store is the grocery store!
My journey into charcuterie traces back to my Austrian grandmother's kitchen, where she crafted beautiful, charcuterie-style "Grandma Lunches". I loved the slower paced way of eating and how beautiful her plates were. Inspired by those early experiences, I developed my own passion for styling, experimenting, and pairing foods.
This passion took on new meaning after the loss of my father, reminding me of life's fleeting nature, prompting me to leave a 20+-year career in advertising to pursue what truly moves me. Leveraging my professional skills and personal experiences, including managing my children's eight food allergies, I craft each board with meticulous care, ensuring both safety and quality. I source only the finest artisan ingredients from local Burlington vendors, infusing each board with creativity and care.
